Below are the proposed rules for the 2015 Super Stock Class (the engine Kevin has been running all year)

Super Stock Tucson Rules
Engine: Single cylinder, 2-valve overhead 196cc 4-cycle engine. BSP/Dupar/Ducar/Greyhound
212cc Predators not allowed.
Cylinder Head Requirements: Stock cylinder head only. Machining of gasket surface allowed. Porting and polishing allowed, and no addition of material in ports or to cylinder head allowed. Must use stock head gasket, thickness and quantity non tech. No welding permitted.
Bore and Stroke: Stock bore is 2.685” and may be over bored to 2.716 (approximately .030 overbore). Stroke is 2.133”max taken from top piston +/- .012
Combustion Chamber Volume: 23cc minimum
Carburetor Requirements: Any carburetor with a 1” or smaller bore is permitted. (Bore Max 1.02)
Valve Train: Rockers, ball adjusters, rocker arm studs, lock nuts, pushrods, and lifters must appear stock. Champion rockers are permitted. No additional support for rocker studs permitted. Any single valve spring allowed. Valves and retainers may be used in any combination on either side. Valve head diameters must be between .940” and .990” Stainless steel valves allowed.
Camshaft Requirements: Max lift of .300 taken with zero valves lash directly off valve retainer.
Ignition System: Stock ignition module only. No modifications of any type allowed. Sparkplug connector must appear stock as from factory.
Piston Requirements: Oversized piston must be flap top. Honda OEM Flat ZOT Pistons only. (Available at Dover Power) Piston cannot allow for any pop out. Must be able to read Honda Markings on top of the piston.
Connecting Rod: Any billet aluminum rod only. Rod length is a non tech item.
Crankshaft Requirements: Stock, factory crankshaft only with stock, factory timing gear in factory location. Timing gear may be tack welded to crankshaft in 2 places to avoid slippage. No modifications to crankshaft allowed. Aftermarket main bearings of non self-aligning type, with or without seal allowed. No ceramic bearings permitted. Crankshaft journal diameter is 1.180”, 1.175” minimum.
Block Requirements: Stock block as cast and produced with no alterations or welding. Venting of the block permitted.
Flywheel: SFI certified flywheel with cooling fins mandatory. No machining or alteration of any kind allowed. Minimum weight for flywheel is 3.3lbs. Any timing key or no key at all may be used. Pull starter may be replaced with a flywheel cover and any electric starter nut may be used.
Header and Muffler: Any commercially available header is allowed. RLV muffler required. Header must be securely wrapped. Exhaust pipe must be double nutted or safety wired.
Tires: Any 6” Burris tire any compound. Must use same set from 1st heat to completion of the main event.
Fuel: Methanol only, no power additives. Only permitted additive is “Top Lube”.
