Hello all, My name is Nathan DeMarco. I am the new president of the Tucson Kart Club. I would like to take a moment to tell you about me. I have done my fair share of karting. I started racing at the kart club in the early 90's. I was 8, that was the earliest kids could race at that time. I have also raced TAG Sr, 125ICC shifters, mod lites, Mini sprints, and a couple different drag cars. I currently compete at SIR in the electronics class, driving a 1986 Oldsmobile Sumerset that runs 8:90's at 155 mph. I work as a Sr service technician for Green valley Cooling and Heating. I have been in the HVAC industry for 10 years now. I have never operated a race track before, but I am up for the challenge. I have a few advisers that I will confer with before making decisions. They have operated tracks in the past and have great ideas for making this place run more efficient. If ANYONE ever has any questions, concerns, or gripes. Please come to me. I will work very hard at making sure that your questions are answered and your gripes are put at ease. Thank you for your time, hope to see every one at the track.
